Is (Boise) Idaho part of the Pacific Northwest?

Though no universally agreed upon boundary exists, a common conception includes the U.S. states of Oregon and Washington and the Canadian province of British Columbia.

k christ dude, you cant quote something then just ignore the part you dont like. Yes a common conception includes oregon and washington and BC, but you cant just go and leave out the part with the rockies being the boundary to the east and say of that doesn't count.

Hey Pete, I think an arguement could be made to say the PNW is the areas where the watersheds empty into the Pacific, that would include pretty much all of BC no? It would include the Columbia river basin that goes close to, if not into the western edge of ID, pretty much all of OR and WA and I think the Mad and Rougue rivers in the very northern part of Cali could be reasonably included.

 

I already covered this weeks ago--ID is PNW since it pees into the Pacific. Glad to see that we agree.

And I'm not making any of this shit up either, in no geographical texts that I have read is Idaho considered the mid west, so why do you keep insisting it is in the mid west?
