Another thing to consider about an electric car is that if you have a tiered pricing system for electricity, like I do, then the extra power for the car will put you into the 4th tier. You'll end up paying more for electricity than you would for gas. Some options are to have a second miter installed into your house for $2500, have solar panels installed or charge your car at work.

This guy is a dumbass. That motor is only good for about 500RWHP even with boost before it goes boom. Swift Racing Technologies built a turbo GS400 and has a shit load more experience with these cars then this turd. This is why the SC300 is the car to have with the 2JZ-GE. Much more potential with a supra block swap.

Not to protect LEO, but what a lame comment to act like you make them explain it . It would be like making you explain a Tacoma owner's actions in another state... "ok Tacoma owner's care to explain this...". I see what amounts to 2 idiots in that video, high n mighty dude w the camera , and 1 ... not 1million officer, making bad decisions. Keep in mind , police aren't born and raised under special conditions, they come from the same pool as that guy in the suv, same pool as you or I.

Yea, wish the speed they were going, and the posted speed. While that person in the police car screwed up, I still think some bitter driver has some blame too. Best to be neither of them 2.

^If this were a 2-lane road, I would understand how the SUV driver felt. However, on a 3-lane highway this just isn't necessary. I would've gone past them in the right lane a long time ago.

Problem is, after the officer screwed up on engaging the other driver... the other driver with the camera is still on the road acting like an ass. I'm sure his ego will catch up to himself and a future video will record his own screw up.

sherriff shouldve just stopped the guy for following too close, and speed, then waited for an NC deputy to show up and handle it from there. the imputed knowledge doctrine says probable cause is transparent from police officer to police officer, so NC authorities couldve wrote a ticket to the dink videotaping based on what the SC deputy stopped him for. perfectly legal way to deal with situation, rather than get involved in a road rage incident. although, i dont think he wouldve been fired, or lost his job over it, he probably wouldve gotten a hard spanking, and on with life....

With that flawgic, the recorder could be a terrorist, a 5 state pedestrian killer, all for the camera... we don't know, the car he passed , didn't it have a hostage in the back. just saying too.
