This, plus you can usually make do without your motorcycle, lawnmower, and whatnot easier than your primary vehicle.

Me too. BCBS Idaho. Not bad, not great. My BCBS plan at my previous company was the tits. No deducible just a like $50 copay in ER, and $10 for meds.

    My plan now is a $500 deductible:eek:

That's probably the high deduct able plan. Mines just the regular one since I don't spend a lot on medical stuff, I think the high deduct able one works well for people with high medical costs or families.

Edit: high deduct able with health savings account works well

If you couple it with a health savings account and have high medical costs it actually ends up being cheaper than the comparable coverage normal deductable plan.

What they said. Plus some employers establish a plan for the HSA.

Myself I have $1000/person (just us 2) and I get a "credit card" to use for $400 each. It can be combined, my wife had a surgery 2 yrs ago and we used the entire $800 for that.

Sounds simple enough. Those thing things are feeler gauges. I actually have a set surprisingly enough

If I can get ahold of a FSM for the car, I might give it a go.

    My thoughts exactly.

A lot of employers are going the route of "penalties" shall we say. I have to pay extra because I am a smoker. I have heard of the "fat tax" as well.

I've heard of that fat tax lol. It's funny when they say, oh your fat, you need to pay for 2 seats on the plane lol. Good thing I just went down 50 lbs and keep going down :).

I get the idea behind it though. I'm not happy as a smoker, but I understand it's a business decision.

That said I think why stop at that, much as I'm not a fan of it I think if it's like that then we should have drug testing.

I doubt that would keep up with any air tools. My 4 gallon hitachi can barley keep up with one nail gun when im framing, i wouldnt even bother using air tools with it unless i was using a external tank with it.
