Age and Time

I'm getting ready to go to my youngest kid's H.S. Graduation. Can't believe that it is already happening. Where did the time go?

Damn, I feel old.

 

I can't wait for another 17 years or so to go by and I'll get to post something like this...Congrats on your growing your flock up right and kicking them outta the nest!!

 

Wait until the first grandbaby is born... that will make you really feel old

Sister, that could happen anytime. My daughter has been married almost a year now.

 

A couple of years ago, I told my younger sister I was going to be a grandma (I'm too young for that) but anyway, she told me at the same time "it's official, I'm going to be a mother-in-law and a grandma" and she is 3 years younger. And she became a grandma 6 weeks before me

 

Where does the time go? One day I was bringing my oldest to his first day of kindergarden, next thing you know my youngest is getting married. Really went by fast.

 

Congrats man, I just cant imagine the feeling, my first son will be born in a couple of months, I cant imagine seeing him graduate from high school...

 

Congrats to you. That's a big moment. Make each day you spend with him count. Once the day is gone, it's gone for good.

My job kept me away from home quite a bit and I wish I could have some of those days back. I guess though it's the quality of time spent, not quantity.
