They were 265/70/17's. Overall, I liked them pretty well. I got 40,000 miles out of them(and changed them at 25% tread, with snow coming) which I thought was pretty good. The first 20K or so was on my chevy 1/2 ton and it ate tires fast compared to the Tacoma. I swapped them with about 50-60%, then the rest wore really slow on the Tacoma. They ran good in snow, but were a little loose on wet pavement. They also tended to be a little loud on some types of pavement, and usually most noticeable at 35mph or so.

How 'bout some more info on these tires. First time i've seen them. Looks like they're only available at walmart from a little google searching?
Heres another pic I found of the tires. Look like a decent cross of a MT and an AT:

You hit it dead on. Its the closest thing to a mt you can get. I love them so far. I've had bridgestone duelers and bfg ats before and these tires kick their ass. I believe I paid a little over 700 for them. They are only available at wal-mart. I don't think I'll ever get another type of tire after these.

I got a quote on some in 265/75/17, since they didnt have 285's (found it interesting that they weren't a 70 profile), in load E and they were only 165/ea. Pretty damn cheap for a tire that measures 32.7x10.50R17 and they looked pretty decent.

So you mean that they dont even make a 285 in that tire or just didn't have any in stock? Next time I get some I'm gettin the same tires in 285 if the have em. If not then I'll get some km2s

They currently dont offer a 285 according to the guy who was looking up sizes and quoting me the prices.
