Lift it. Or continue with your wise money management and put it towards your truck payments.

It would only be useful if you drive through water deeper than your wheel wells. They look terrible and from what I've read, they are very restrictive.

Not too many places on Maui for water crossings, unless you are on private land. I think they look badass tho.
I might buy one and just foam tape it to my truck just for looks
If Sports have a fake scoop, ORs should have a fake snorkel :p

Bed mat, Tacoma door sills, Toyota step bars, Husky x-acts, Toyota door sills, more to follow...
While $400 is not a whole lot for major upgrades (step bars, tonneau cover, Bilsteins, Grillcraft), you could knock out some small items like this (mix and match):

    1. Bed mat - $100 or so for the OEM, a little less for aftermarket (I bought OEM). Very necessary item so stuff doesn't slide around the bed.
    2. Vent visors (if you like 'em) - $40 - $100 depending on tape or channel version
    3. Weather tech digital fit floor mats - $160
    4. Replace interior lights with LEDs - $20-$50
    5. AMP Research bed extender for short beds - $200
    6. OEM skid plate (the silver one) - $170
    7. Mirror bracket to raise the rear view (if you're tall) - $30
    8. New muffler if you want more sound - $100 + install

    You have plenty of options!

If you think you'll have a use for the roof rack (I never use it), by all means.
