Think I posted this in the past and have it as a sig pic now, but this is one of my all time favorite pics of my pups. Hard to get them together and both looking at the camera the same time, plus being in the truck was a bonus! :D This was a good day at the creek as you can see they are wet. Unfortunately, I will never get the opportunity to get another pic like this again. We lost Buddy last December to a heart attack at the age of 9, he's the big brown guy on the right. Fantastic dog he was, I took my girl swimming here not long ago and it was the first time her and I went without Buddy; just didn't feel the same at all. They used to get so competitive playing ball in the water and it was so exciting to watch, but Buddy's just not here to enjoy it anymore so we gotta carry on and try to make the best of it in his absence. Embrace all the moments you have with your dogs, you never know when their day will come, I sure never saw Buddy's untimely death coming at all. He was a very healthy, muscular dog, not one ounce of fat and then the worst happened. Keep em close to ya, we never have them long enough.

He was getting frustrated I think. He sat in the truck for 4 hours while we were getting 2 trucks unstuck.

Dalmatians are the shit! I never see anyone with one, and my friend and I always go on doggie dates with my Red and her dog (her name is Mendo)
    578372_596885883674370_519708852_n_zps79_72f36a255f2102f9e61449de7632294da334106e.jpg
This was a doggie date with my dog, my friends puppy in the middle, and mendo.
Shes totally a sweet heart. My friend felt bad for her wearing the gentle leader so she quit using it and is working with her not pulling instead.

Dixie likes to chill in the car, too. My dad left his door open on his Civic and she jumped right in and was ready to go.

post operation to remove a foreign object from her intestines. She is too small to pass anything other than food - this time it was a felt disk that goes on the bottom of a chair leg to prevent scratching hardwood floors.

Thank god for dog insurance, total bill was just north of $3,000.

Sorry to hear that, glad she is okay.

When mine was about 6 months he ate the shells from 3- 1.5lb hardshell lobsters. Blew up like a basketball, couldn't pass anything, and was in a ton of pain. That was one expensive bill for the 24 hr emergency vet...
