I think it would be a straight foreword process. Same tools, Big D/C clamps etc. Just follow the regular AAL instructions. Or the spring referb thread.

does it matter which shock/coils goes on the left or right side of the truck?

Yes & no. If pre assembled yes, if not no.
But the Trim Packer needs to go on the driver's side.
Stock coils are longer on the driver's side & OME makes the driver's side longer by using the Trim Packer.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Im at about 23.5" hub to fender with 3rd leaf removed and at least 100 lbs in the bed. Sliders may have dropped it a little also.

I would think it will be easier to install the extra leaf before installation, the only trouble you will have is dropping the axle enough with stock brake lines to get them in place, but you will probably want extended brake lines anyway with the dakars plus the extra leaf.

just did an AAL today and i recommend an extended brake line.. makes worrying about that line so much less stressful

My take on the break line thing is this. Under normal driving conditions, the stock should be ok. When you start doing off-road with lots of "Articulation", thats when you could have issues.

I have them, I need to install them, waiting til I have a second set of hands to help out.

I have 885 with 10mm spacer and lr uca, dakars and just a carrier bearing drop on my access cab 4X4 and I get a 0-10 mph vibe (which sucks when spinning all four in the snow on the trail) anyone else have this problem?

I didn't take an actual measurement but we had no issues while installing the leafs with the truck up in a hoist and I flexed my truck to check for slack and still had a couple inches of slack with the truck flexed as much as I will ever flex it

Having said that , extended lines are probably a good call for the AAL

You guys should take driveline angle messurements before just throwing parts on the truck

Interestingly , my axle shims are coming back off

so I just installed my 886s, LR UCAs, cb drop, and dakars+aal

I didn't take driveline angle measurements before or after, I did all the work in a carport while it was raining and didn't feel like laying in the water.

good news is I don't feel any vibs.

On the other hand, i'm noticing the front suspension takes small speed bumps and stuff pretty hard, I'm assuming it's normal because I have an AC with the 90000/886 combo?

It almost sounds like metal hitting metal, but it's fine hitting the little yellow lane markers in the road.

Planning to put a bumper which should smooth it out(I hope)

The rear suspension eats up everything I love it.

Definitely get longer brake lines if you AAL, the fronts seemed to be long enough at stock but I replaced em.

I think i'm around 24.75 for the rears and 24ish in the fronts from hub to fender..I'll let it settle a little more and post the findings in the other thread.

Just concerned about the front bumps for now.

886's with no weight up front... I would expect it to be harsh. You should be happier when you get a bumper/winch up there.

    I did..

Stock was 4 degree's, no shim put it at 7 degree's. Therefore I installed a 3 degree shim to bring it back to stock angle = no vibes besides good ones
