I am so glad I had a son and not a daughter

 

hmmm, my new area will be quite large as it is part of my garage. I will have an area about 17' x 30' to work in.

My dad's shop is 20'x20' roughly and is a pretty good size for a shop. The only issue he has is cutting boards longer than about 8'. He has to open up the doors and move the table saw back to do boards longer than 8'.

 

Wow that's big... not sure if I want to build that large of a shed. Just gonna need to keep the garage clean so I can move around in there.

Well thanks for crushing that dream, shed project has been shrunk to just fit garden and lawn equipment.

 

Sorry. I'm sure you could get away with a 12' by 20' or maybe smaller, but you would need to be able to open it up to cut boards longer than half the length of the shed.

 

One more question krap: any recommendations on a quality dust collector, I have a project that needs to get done soon but don't want to coat the garage with dust


Hey Lisa, could you make me a pole shed blueprint 12'x12'. Will be using corrugated metal on top and sides and would like to make a floating foundation just to keep running water from entering

 

With the huge garage I just need to keep the dust under control

 

I picked up one from Harbor freight, but the bag on it only filters to about 10 micron. It really needs a better bag. I would suggest a 1 hp one from Grizzly. My dad has it and it works quite well.
