The closest thing I have seen to that effect was the fat zombie stuck in the well in season 2. He appeared to be swimming and living in the well just fine.

Oh yeah, forgot about Glenn's trip down there...but I think he just got excited at the sight of Glenn. Somehow that didn't sound right...

That's funny. That old Glen has a way with zombies and women, don't he.

I would see them getting swept away by currents and ending up on an island by mistake. then getting up, walking around and taking over. Well zombie, and zombie heads in the fish tanks, all seemed to fair ok. Some of the heads were still moving and mouthing when they showed the head tanks in the Govs cigar room.

The big annoying dude that created the books said the reason they never had zombie animals in the books is because the artist hated drawing animals, so they just didn't address it, then by default they didn't address it in the show either.

The infected dogs in Resident Evil always freaked me out.

Here is a picture. No gills. This zombie and the one without legs in the very first episode were my favorites.

There would be no chance in hell of survival if animals could get infected...

I hated those dogs in Resident Evil, too!

In thinking the Prison group uses the "tombs" of the prison to their advantage

On the Talking Dead, the Guy who plays the Gov, says Woodbury is eurpting at the same time they are invading the prison. That must mean Milton is freeing Andea and getting the citizens to overthrow the Govs people.
