Is there an easy lift by interchanging toyota parts on a 03 Tacoma? I know on my wife's 04 4Runner you can swap the FJ springs and struts which adds an inch or so or lift if not more. Is there parts swap among Toyota's that can do this to a Tacoma? Thanks.

You can get a mild lift (~1.5") in the front by installing coils from 2005+ trucks.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
WHAT Da Fuq are you smoking??? OP just invest in a set of Bilstein 5100's and call it good.

Toytec 16" coilovers with Tundra Bilstein 5100s, Light Racing UCAs, Alcan Leafs with Orbit Eyes, 12" Bilstein 7100 short Bodies, ARB rear locker, 33x12.5 Duratracs, CBI sliders, Bushwacker fender flares, self made front bumper, M8000, Vision X 6.7" Hi/Lo Beam HIDs, full skids, Inchworm dual case setup - 15º clocking
Like mentioned above, 5100s would be a nice cheap option. But, also like mentioned above, I've heard of people taking the coils and shocks off of a Tundra and putting them on the taco.

For the rear, the easiest is just getting lift shackles. Toytec sells 1" and 2" lift shackles, starting at around $50 for a set.
