Nice, man! .75" is pretty good for no BL. Can you still reach the bell housing bolts on top if you ever have to drop your transmission?

I can not wait to see your SAS done and some trail pics come up!

The more and more I research on it, the easier it looks... A leaf sprung anyways... Maybe I'll do it some day.

I definitely cut an "access hole" in the floor of my RX7 to get to the top slave cylinder bolt haha. Easier than dropping the tranny!

Just make the whole tranny tunnel removable, then you could pull your cases out the top and sit down while unbolting your trans. If I wasn't so lazy if do it that way in the 4runner but I'd rather just cut out what hits and make a new one. The holes in the firewall has been done before but unless you plan on not having heat or a/c I don't think it's possible.

For leaf springs you can't really add more up travel unless you move the upper shock mounts into the engine bay more. With coilovers you have a lot more fine tuning with where the axle will sit at full compression hence why I'm budgeting for a 3 link. Supra TT, you say you have 2" of up travel and it rides like a dream. Do you have air bumps or rubber? Air makes all the difference when it comes to bump stops, even with leaf springs. If you have rubber, you are kidding yourself when you say it rides like a dream  Obviously you haven't ridden in a go-fast solid axle rig. :p

Sure you can, pop your holes thru where you need them & just make a couple small sheetmetal covers (removable) like a deck plate kinda..

I'm sure if anybody rides in a go-fast sa rig they would think all leaf sprung rigs rides like poo. I might look into air bumps, I'm gonna be in that 3-4" range maybe less. Will know when she is sitting on its on weight.

On a side note I have still been wondering about a sua Toyota, other than land cruisers.

I don't go fast lol, fuck that noise. They are rubber, but before with no bump stop the shock would bottom out constantly, that was no fun riding.
