Hardware stores have big rubber fender washers. That's what I'm using.

Thanks. We'll see how it goes with the wing-nuts, they seem pretty snug. If they do start to back off I'll try a lock washer or different nut.

I recently purchased a used cargo divider from a fellow TW member, but it was missing the hardware to attach to the bed rails. After some research in this thread and experimenting, this is what worked.

    All parts from Fastenal
    T slot nut 3/8"-16 x 9/16" x 5/8" part number 302932-130481
This T slot nut is NOT tapped all the way through. The last 1/16" or so is not tapped.

    Allen head set screw 3/8" - 16 x 2-1/2" part number 25549

    5 arm star knob 2-1/4 diameter knob 3/8" -16 part number 11101414
The knob is through thread knob with plastic at the end of the threads to prevent vibration from loosening.

    1. Put a couple drops of lock tite on the set screws and tightened them into the T slot nut.
    2. Drilled out the hole on the bracket to 25/64"
    3. On the back side of the bracket, there is a ridge of plastic the length of the bracket that fits in the bed attachment rail. I removed a section of the ridge the width of the T slot nut. I forgot to take the picture before I bolted the divider into the bed.
    4. The plastic insert on the knobs were too tight and had to run a 3/8 -16 tap through the threads and plastic. The tap removed enough plastic to allow the knob to be turned fairly easy but still be tight enough that the knob will not vibrate loose
    5. Put the T slot nuts with set screws in the bed rails, attached brackets and cargo divider.

I bought enough for 8 of them. If it goes well I think I will see how much interest there would be in people purchasing these all ready to go.

I thought about making and selling them. I can put one together for less than $6. Shipping costs would not be worth it for a small order.

I could ship them out through my companies Fedex account. About $5-$6 dollars any where in the continental US. I think I am going to make some brackets also. Or I'll just make some for myself and tell people how to do it.

went with the T-Slot nuts from Grizzly; minimum $50 order to Canada, and reasonable shipping. (Its a heavy bag of nuts!) Now onto sourcing Quickfist clamps.
and www.endroad.com - the Quickfist makers is simple to order from, and same pricing or less than Amazon/ebay.
