    Man were these bros pisses at the gym today, so after i did my leg extension ham curl,hip abductor and hack squats i go to the 1 and only good squat rack, there is another one but its sketchy, so i was in that bitch for almost 30 mins and i can just feel the evil eyes of da bros lol i did 135 warm up set, 225 warm up, 315 working set, 365 working set, 405 max lift set, 365 working set, 405 1rm again, 365 working set, 225 working set, 225 burn out set, 135 burn out set, and just the 45lb bar burn out set. after i got done these bros were running for the squat rack like flies on shit lol.

    Just change your workout period. Do negatives, use chains, STOP doing bench for a week or two and stick to dumb bell press/flye or cable crossover. Make sure you're getting a good shoulder workout in too, if your shoulders are weaker than your pecs you're spinning your wheels.
