I agree with everything you've said and I completely understand your position. I'm not saying you shouldn't ask for a refund, by all means go for it, I couldn't care less. I'm just saying that you can also call him if you haven't already because perhaps that is a more reliable way to contact him given his track record on here. Although having not called him much myself except to pay for my lights, I don't know for sure, it's just another option.

Have to agree with you, with Trek being his business he should be here a lot more than he is...especially with the issues going on...

This^^ I don't like not knowing exactly where my money is, $300 is a pretty good chunk of change to me, so after a month with no solid information I'm going to start wondering. At this point I think I will save my money and throw down on a company with a solid rep, possibly Rigid. Prices are higher, but at least I know exactly what to expect rather than put faith in a chinese product I've never actually seen before.

So you signed up here just to make that post? Thanks for your attempt at stirring the pot. No one is trying to silence anyone- i suggested pm's to help simplify things. If people want to sit here and beat a dead horse, thats fine with me.

I guess it comes down to the people that believe what this guy is saying and don't mind waiting, and the people that don't and want their money back (which is their right- nor do I blame them).

Well, at this point I am very surprised that Trek has STILL not jumped in on anything. I get it, he has a family and all that, but he is also running a business(I think)(I hope) and this is his lifeblood.

Hell, I'd settle or an F U from him at this point. A least then the rest of his paying customers know he's here and cares a little bit lol

    There two options
    1. Ask for refund
    2. Be patient

    Just pick one

Well, this situation seems to have escalated rather quickly...

Like I've said many times, I understand that some folks are frustrated, I'd be too if I were on the other side of the table.

Please pm or email me if you have a request or concern.

I've been active and honest in this thread from the beginning, and I continue to provide updates. I will continue to do so until everyone has their merchandise.

I am not trying to start shit with you, but i want to address this post for the sake of members here who purchased a light and are not active members, or who got in the group buy late so they have not read every page on this thread. Consider that i am in no way affiliated with Trek lights, i am not getting any special deal or free lights.

I have been following this group buy closely since it first started, as you can see i spend way to much time on this site so i have probably read every single post in the thread multiple times. Everything that was stated in the above quoted post is either mis-information (maybe a confusion) or a assumption to which can not be backed up. If you want to post your opinion do it respectably like other members have done.

Ill try again, maybe a little nicer.

I think there is a lot of mis-information in this thread. I hope that people do their research.

I have seen plenty of "businesses" like this come and go almost weekly. Hopefully this one turns out to be good. I also hope that people read through this thread and see through the mis-information. I shouldn't have gotten involved since I wasn't a direct part of this. Good luck to Treklights and good luck to everyone who paid.

No, not at all. Your shipments are going out with the rest of them. US/Canada all part of the same group buy.
