    yeah this is crazy, something is wrong. i have 885's and billy's set at 0 and LR uca's and they come nowhere near my coils at full extension! like someone said up there try messing with your lower arm because it could be loaded.

    Build thread in sig...
    as a temporary solution (if possible with your setup), rotate the coil 1/2 turn, and it won't hit anymore. that will save your boot while you figure out why you had contact to begin with.

    I've never understood why people do this? when the coil is still going to have the same width and same performance either way its turned?

    look at the back of your coil, it's just like that. same thing either way it's turned. the gap doesn't go away it goes the the unseen side of the coil.

    The gap will move up or down depnding on which way you spin the coil
