if you can prop the tank and use gravity, there shouldn't be much foreign material going in. Also vaccuming out the plug for any small stuff should work if anything does get inside.

having one of those small telescoping magnets might help too.

If I have time. I barely have time for my own stuff. :D
Air. If you just need a couple pieces bent I may be able to help out, but I don't have time to build stuff for others. I have a 1.75" tube die and a 1.25" Schd 40 pipe die.

Cool, I only need 2, maybe 4 pipes bent. Not real large bends either. But it won't be for a few months. I'll see what your upto when the time comes.

ah damn sorry luka... good news was, the torch and vice grips got it out...

but before all was said and done, the new release valve i screwed in was cross threaded and sheared off right at the top...

so then after easy out, drilling, hammering, chisels, and picking at it we finally got it out. Decided to buy some piping and make my own release valve and here is the finished product.

    :yay: thanks again Nate

    nice job! no worries :)

ironically, the starter/wiring in my celica took a dump on me again...either my flywheel is warped, my 4ga wire is corroded inside the sleeve, or I have the best luck with o'reillys starters(this will make the 4th one to die in 9 months)

I'll try and slave in a new line from the battery to the starter and see how that goes.

I just want the starter to last until I can build my spare engine :spy:

o'reillys sucks do ever buy anything from them unless ur driving a beater and want the cheapest parts possible...for electrical parts such as alternators and starters i prefer Dealer or depending on the manufacture Bosch or Denso

look for Amsoil or Redline way better

I'm not a big fan of Amsoil, nothing against it, just not for it either. But a lot of the guys I know on the mainland swear by it.

I guess I just been a Royal Purple guy for years now, I think since 04? Never head any problems. I'm going to send my latest off to be tested. I also run two of the red filtermags on my K&N filters. Kinda overkill for a DD but whatever :)

For anyone who cares, the NAPA in Kailua still has K&N HP oil filters on sale for $12ish. Same price as on Amazon!
