Not even, 110 each one bro.

Forget the cleat what about the damage to the rail system too? I'd say what about injuring yourself but you got that covered already :)

Miguel, I have loaded ATV's in the bed of a pickup before, it's not difficult. The engine does all the work. Try loading a 450 lb motorcycle into the bed, balancing the bike, walking up a ramp next to the bike and trying to feather a sport clutch... You should not have been using the plastic d-rings in your 2010, they are not rated to hold the weight of an ATV. Whenever you load or tie anything down, having the proper equipment is usually the difference between a simple job and downright dangerous. Overloading tie down points because you don't want to spend a few bucks on a proper set of ramps is a horrible idea.

They're rated at 210 or 220 lbs for a straight pull out. Pulling at an angle changes everything.

Not to mention..what if you're driving with the load and your tiedowns break due to the abuse? Then you could kill someone driving behind you or ruin your ATV.

The rail system was fine. The cleats were not lol. But I traded in the truck that way so oh well.

I get what you mean. A sport bike is deff hard. Way to heavy and need people at both ends. I shouldn't have used the cleats but I did and found out the hard way haha. Deff wasn't expecting that to happen. Scared us both haha. I don't need to buy wood. My friends have two of them so I can just use them if I need too. So I got that covered. Just wanted to see if the tie downs would help but I guess not lol. Oh we'll. shouldn't be too hard at all. Just wanted to really use the winch for what it's for. Thanks for all the help guys
Yeah your exactly right. I was pulling at an angle for sure lol.

Well the ATv fits in the bed with the tail gate closed so that's good. My 2010 was to short so it wouldn't close and I always was scared it was gonna fall out the back and kill someone. So I'm glad I have a longer bed this time :)

True but I mean even closing the bed and using the tiedowns, if they decide to let go then just from the overuse and the ATV goes flying.......not good man

I told you no! Buy the U bolt and ill re-enforce the bulkhead. Strapping each tie down is a bad idea with chain they are screws into thin steel. Remember what happened when we did this getting the quad Into to your last truck?? The god damn tie down exploded sky high. Get some long boards and drive it up. Your ramps you have now straight up suck. Way too steep. Luckily I just need 1 ramp haha

If you really must use the winch for that, buy the ramps..then my best thought off my head would be get a flat piece of steel and bolt it to that side of the bed or the floor. At least that way the plate is taking some of the load versus just one little ring..
