yeah, today was bad. close calls when i left and came home. i've even been passed IN my neighborhood!

i don't want to generalize too much but most of them are from the 24hr fitness that my neighborhood is connected to.

I know they suck, but if you're in an area that allows them and it's necessary, you could petition the community HOA or city to put in a neighborhood speed hump to help control the speeds. My friends neighborhood just had those put in due to a similar issue.

I am soo procrastinating this afternoon. I have a 13 page self review due today and it is just plain stupid. This is the first time our company has done these reviews and they went waaayyy overboard. Blah, blah winner, blah, blah chicken dinner.

I wonder if they're the same type of people that drive around for 5 minutes in the parking lot to get a spot close to the door and then get on the treadmill and walk for 30 minutes.

That is so funny because I was in Dallas last month and drove by a Lifetime Fitness with a huge lot (everything is huge in Texas :D) and everyone was parked right next to the doors in a little group. Didn't think fast enough to take a picture of it but damn it was funny to see.

It's so nice out today. I think ill burn a stogy after my steak dinner tonight. The only thing that would make it better is beer, but I'm at work.

A good bottle of wine is in order from time to time. Dev - a nice cab would be tasty with a steak.

All types or just certain ones? I really perfer dry and flavorful reds. I don't really like the sweet, white wine except for Pinot and Chardonnay which are drier. Cabernet tend to be my fav.
