Yup that's the ones! I was kinda scared that I would file it down too much and it wouldn't work. Luckily it didn't :p

Ha I don't think the circuit board has much to do with the lighton the little t5's. The only things I saw on the board were the leads to the led so I just didn't hit those!

Would that be the silver (soldering looking portion) piece? If so then I got pretty close to that. Good thing I didn't go any further :p

I'm really considering. I just like to buy local because I'm so impatient! haha I'm going to see what kind of bulbs he has in stock. I got all my led's for my interior and license plate from him too.

PS. I still can't believe the output on the ones you linked. They only have 1 led!!

Yea man just 1 led. It's pretty trippy! This is what the bulb looks like so I guess it's like a projector bulb.

They were plug and play for mine. I remember reading somewhere that the reverse bulbs changed from 01+ so these might not be compatible with yours.

    The bulb # is 1156. I think 01+ or at least 01-04 is 921.

    Check this link: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1st-gen-tacomas/128857-first-gen-bulb-types-fyi.html

EDIT: Just checked and 921 is the wedge-type bulbs, different from mine

I've been thinking of doing the same thing (testing with plastidip). I like the stripes on kona's though.

if you replace the clutch turning the flywheel should be done. Either have it turned or replace it with a new one.

Also, why does your corner light look like it is sticking out? Do you happen to have a 2WD corner light instead of 4WD one?

I think it's just because the person who had it before me got hit and thy side is kind of bent inwards. Plus the lighting adds the effect. I'm not too sure thou since that's how it came!
