I have never been a big fan of the worm drive clamps for CV boots. I have seen them used, but usually they end up coming off because of vibration on trucks that have non-selectible hubs.

Exactly the pair that I have.

The factory styles are somewhat individual. Some have a pinch/press, others have a pull/fold/lock. I prefer factory because the width of the clamp is designed to fit in the groove of the boot.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
Yeah, everyone is pretty much modded and there isn't much wheeling in hsv.

that is what i thought kyle had said that it was just a hang out meet but that was the last time i saw him and he wasnt exactly on his "A-game" (it was right after he got through that spartan marathon thing and had a cold or something) looked like the walking dead, so i didnt know if he ever officially decided.

Well no its not a lift nothing that requires mechanical skills. Just assumed that we would work on something since... well... at every meet we have. Plus I know a few people have experience with what I'm wanting to do and could use some pointers.

I didn't say I wasn't getting the watermelons, just saying I hadn't got them yet!

I have to admit that I have been kinda looking at the Hawk's Pride ride that the Louisana group was running up in Tuscumbia.

Hang on a second. I was under the belief that this was still just like the one Brian held last year, where we hung out, ate, and did a few mods and such, then went wheeling. I mean I'd love to hang out and all, but if all we are doing is JUST hanging out, and not doing any wheeling, then I find it hard to justify a 4 hour drive to get there and just "hang out" together. We at least have to do some wheeling!!

Billies on all four corners with daystar spacer lift. Bought it like this. Replacing done with toytec ultimate 3" lift
So are we riding or not? I need to know so I can bring the trail tires and wheel spacers. Those will have to be installed before we hit the trails.
