    Front diff area, Sierra Expeditions said the wheel bearing was fine but i might have them take a 2nd look at it, i'm more concerned its something inside the diff gone wrong. It goes away when going through a turn on the highway i noticed yesterday

    i'm hoping its not the needle roller bearings in the diff, thats what it sounds like from youtube videos, but the fact that it goes away through a turn sounds like a wheel bearing

    I would suggest to break down the front end ..as in removing wheels, calipers from spindle, and removing the rotors. Once its all a part you can grab the hub/bearing assembly and rotate by hand. Should feel smooth and not notchy and, there shouldn't be any crunchy noises either.

    Get tires that are little bit bigger than the ones you have but your going to have to trim fenders to do that.
