Yes everything except the cat eyes are available in spot and flood. All brackets are included and are all stainless. Brackets are fully adjustable the whole length of the light so if you all ready have tabs welded on you can adjust these to fit.

Awesome. Once my refund from TREK comes through which he said should be tomorrow I will hit ya with an order. I was also looking at what you have on your site, are you able to do anything for a pair of Rigid Duallys 2x2 spot pattern?

I can get a quote from my distributor on Monday.

We sell Baja designs as well.

Anything you guys see on the website you want give me a pm and I will work up a custom quote. Some things have lots of room some not so much.

Fox shocks I can get screaming deals on.

We can install anything at our shop as well.

We get some killer prices on tires as well.

Planning to order some lights tonight just waiting for everyone to post up what they want. Don't want to order a bunch of 20" bars if everyone ends up wanting 36"s and 12"s etc.

    So far I am ordering 2 20's 12 4"s 6 6.5"s

Awesome. I'm looking at the 20" spot pattern, the pair dually 2x2 spot pattern and 2 of the 4" flood pattern.

Maybe you can give me a quote on those to start with? I don't want to put in an actual order until I get my money back. Thanks!

They're on the truck. Bout 2 hours to darkish, at which point I will sight them, lock down the adjustments, and get some review pictures and video.

How is the build quality vs some other brands? They look great on there.

Full review pending. I'm uploading a 5min light test video to show everyone a real time comparison.

To get some of the other stuff out of the way:

    Service:
Top notch. Two PMs, I paypal'd payment, had a tracking number 20 minutes later. The lights arrived exactly when KMD said they would. No problems whatsoever. Granted, I'm one person and easy to manage, but it is what it is. No complaints at all.

    Packaging:
The lights were shipped in a USPS flate rate box with ample packing material. Inside the light boxes themselves, foam packaging keeps the lights very well protected. The lenses have a protective laminate like most new electronics with a screen or lens. No worries about damage from shipping.

    Build Quality:
Excellent. The lights have some heft, no doubt due to the aluminum housing they're all using these days. The housing appears to be powdercoated and the components are held together with hex bolts. The mounting hardware is solid, especially the adjustment bracket which is sufficiently beefy.

I can't find the exact IP rating, but KMD's website says waterproof/dustproof, and pretty much all LED bars made these days are either IP67 or IP68, the only difference being how deep and long you can submerge them in water. Regardless, rain and dust won't get in.

The lights are warrantied for a year from KMD.

    Install:
The lights do not include a harness, so you're own your own for a wiring solution. My sPOD made it easy for me. The lights come with about 12" of weather sealed wiring with a pos/neg sticking out the back. I just spliced some 16 gauge onto it, sealed the splice, put wire loom over the whole shebang and routed it to the relay bank.

Mounting the lights themselves isn't particularly tricky. Adjustment is a little tedious...there are four bolts that must be loosened/tightened to adjust the position of the lights in the Y-axis, so it's a bit time consuming. That said, once you get it right the bracket and hardware will hold the lights in place VERY solidly.

    Output:
Comparable to other LED setups I've seen with 4 to 6 LEDs in a flood formation. Luminosity ratings are available at KMD's website, supposedly these guys are 1600 lumens each. I'll have a video available soon comparing them to stock headlights and a Blitzpro 21" light bar so people can see what they're getting.

Edit: I was also going to post a light test video with the 3 PIAA 520 ATP lamps I had prior to this setup. Unfortunately I no longer have that vid. Take my word for it: This new stuff is far brighter.

Really all that's left is the video :p

But it makes it immediately apparent how much these things outperform the factory lighting...and at much lower draw and much higher life expectancy as well!

He told me 2 days to get money transfered to his paypal, today is day two so I shot him a PM. Hopefully it won't be a process like the GB was, I'm figuring he was waiting until payday.

LOL I just put in a dispute after he blatantly ignored us asking for a refund(over 24 hours AFTER I had asked for mine on the post, AND 12 hours after I had PM'd him about it). When he answered that Canadian question and then disappeared again I had had enough. But hey, as soon as I submitted my dispute and typed out what had happened, about him ignoring us, he got right on PayPal and said he would refund my money even though I blatantly lied to PayPal. Lol, way to go Trek, he just wants me to copy paste my comments and his comments into his last GB page lol

Yeah after he ignored us and answered the canadian question I went straight on to paypal and filed the dispute. If I don't get a response today I'm going to escalate it through them.
