Finally got my truck out in the bush, she performed fantastic, with a fully open diff'd truck I was doing the same trails I used to do in my fully built up crawler with only a little bit of slip and avoidance of obstacles.

X2 the stripes on the side are a bit much for me. But if you like it who cares. I like the hood though

to be honest I'm a little on the fence about it, however I've done the deed. I'm pretty good at making things work out, so maybe I'll find a way to make it work later on.

I think if the front one was shorter and then the middle one a bit longer then the first then the last one as it was to create like a set up look it would be sweet.

But, too late now :p haha

get that rack on there man!

Yesterday I replaced the old beat up passenger fender. As I've said before my truck was abused long before I started. Somehow in its life its passenger door was taken off and when put back on it wasn't lined up to factory setting so the door began to catch the front fender. As you can see by the pictures it's pretty messed up. So I bought an aftermarket fender and got Lordco to color match my paint code. A bunch of coats later and a lot of grief with trying to get the door in place properly it looks like there wasn't even a change in fender.

    before...with dirt.

    after, all clean.

door gap, slightly bigger to allow for dents in door.

I wish, it was a three hour install. Mostly due to the fact that it took us a while to figure out what to do. We just cut the mounting brackets off of both sets of seats and swapped them. With a little creative nipping and tucking we got'em in.

Well depending on when you plan on coming down I might tag along, granted you want another 96-97 tacoma in your convoy...[IMG] I wouldn't come down before late july, tried it last summer in early july and the snow was still way too high to make it through. We'll see if I can afford Whipsaw this year, I'm doing Alaska first.
