Found some 35x12.50x17's nitto trail grapplers at work that I could get for $160 each. They are regularly $318 a piece. Makes me wish I had some 17's and my lift already!

I sanded my bed rails first, but you don't need to primer for bedliner. I just taped off the rails, sanded them up some, then cleaned them up with acetone. After that you can just spray away. I used nearly a whole can on my rails, but it's also really thick like I wanted.

As for me fender flares, I just taped them off. If you remove them you have to get new clips, and re-glue the little rubber seal to the flares. I did sand the flare I did today, but I'm not going to bother doing it with the others. Sanding the plastic just put a lot of deep scratches in them rather than give the bedliner a better surface. It took 3 coats before I was finally not able to see the scratches from the sanding.

I suggest just tape them off, clean them up with acetone, then spray away with about 2-3 coats and you're good.

I'm going to try and get 2 done tomorrow, and finish the last one Wednesday. I bought 2 cans, but I doubt I'll even use 1 whole can. So I'm probably going to remove the plastidip from my bumpers and bedline them as well. The Rustoleum bedliner stays really dark and looks good with black sand pearl in my opinion.

Damn Jason that's awesome of you.

Are they new? Or new-ish? The only reason I ask is because old ones can look fine from the outside but still be rusted out on the inside.

    Ask me how I know

    Original ones from my 04.
I removed them before I moved to Tahoe winters. I'll include the black spray paint overspray for free.

They look like Reid's above... pretty rusty.

But if you want them, I'll send them to ya.
