sounds like you having money burning holes in your pockets, all your wish list items are doable assuming money is the least of your worries. The trans swap could be done if you had a complete donor car (i.e. rolled over taco thats been totaled). You would the trans, flywheel, clutch components, pedal components, engine ecu, and wire harness

If you're intent on making the truck offroad capable, I would strongly encourage you not to do a 6 inch drop bracket lift. Look into a nice mid travel set up. You'll get much better performance offroad and more clearance.

I used to drive a manual truck for 14 years before this truck and I was like you , disappointed about not being able to get a DCLB in manual , but the 6' box was more of a deal breaker for me than the tranny and I'm glad now I did get the auto , shift when I want , don't when I don't want to

This. Personally I think a 6 speed in a DCLB would suck offroad. That long and light back end means you'll be breaking loose a lot with a stick. Plus the auto is stronger. Yeah if it breaks, they're a ton to replace. But the autos haven't been breaking. The 6 speeds have. Flame on!

A MT kit is GREAT! Will ride awesome pretty much everywhere, looks great will some 33s and by the sounds of it take you everywhere you want and beyond.

Id go full MT. Will be great for a DD/Weekend warrior.

I didn't doubt the DCLB's offroad capabilities at all. But there is a reason the 6 speed isn't in it. And it's not because there's no demand for it, or because it won't fit. Read my comment again.

Must be driving style. Though according to the Gov. the V6 Auto beats the V6 Manual in fuel economy but its the other way around for the 2.7L I4's.
