Rear End Noise?

    Need help....2008 TRD Sport 4x4 71K miles (stock with rear spring TSB)

    Have been getting a random rear end noise and different mph. Sounds and feels like when you run over the strips on the side of the highway but not as loud or bumpy. If I back off the gas it goes away.....any suggestions are appreciated.
