All the armor was on there. I was pretty much as heavy as I get right there. The only other things I can add are a diff skid and maybe some more gusseting on things and more OSK and tools. My toolbox already can't hold much more though. With Candice and I in there it was almost 5600lbs.
Silly 1st gens:rolleyes: Although I wonder how my weight and going to 35's or bigger will affect my breaking. I have no problems right now on 33's.

Got my local fab shop to look at my rusty hole, between my muffler and my rear suspension/frame. Gonna need to take the muffler out to work on it, and I have no idea how to take it out, since the bolts seem to be pre-fabbed in, factory. I don't want or need a new muffler either, though the old one has a lengthwise crack in it.

If I take the muffler out myself, I save them work, and they charge like $60/hour!

I'd love to be rolling in $$ right now.

Got estimates on custom sliders and a rear hitch carrier for my dirtbike. YIKEREES! Custom work is expensive!! Not going that route.

Stock muffer? It'll just come out. Have to disconnect at the cat I think then it's just the rubber suspenders. Will be a PITA but like you said save you some money.

Sliders should be easy to do man. Not sure why they would cost that much..then again I paid 340 I think for mine..

And a rear hitch carrier for a dirt bike?! Holy shit haha not surprised that's pricey.

    Yep yep yep

A guy on T4R.org told me that I can disconnect it right behind the cat, so hopefully I can get it apart.

Not sure what you mean by easy sliders, as in that they are easy. The fab shop said that I should just get them from people who make them for our Toyota's, since Miller Fab would have to start from scratch on how to make some. I'm not sure they could make a pair for under $300 installed anyway. The 4xInnovation ones are $230 shipped, but I REALLY like the ones by Outdoor Logic. Those are $350 shipped. and all of this is PLUS the $ of welding them on. I can't justify $400 in sliders, I need other stuff worse, in other areas of my life right now.

Why holy ****?? I have a dirtbike, but I can't take it anywhere. I don't have a good trailer for it or anything, so... I looked into Miller Fab doing one, like a combo hitch carrier and basket, because it has to be wide enough to tie down the bike, but that was $350 to build, estimated. No way! :p

So now I'm gonna try to find one locally. $100 is my budget.

If anyone needs computer repair, hit me up LOL That's my moneymaker these days!

350 seems fair to me for a bike carrier.

And shit dude. Sliders are like gonna be a must for you to keep wheeling. I'd offer to weld e, on but I can't do the, for free  not my shop and welder..

I'm not an extreme wheeler lol, this is also my DD, and I'm not doing much with this one, like bigger tires or upgraded armor. lol. Just simple sliders and that's gonna be about it for big mods for a few years. Oh, you didn't have to offer, the thought is much appreciated though! :)

Considering that commercial hitch carriers are around $100-$200 SHIPPED online, it seems high for what I want to do right now. Maybe I should find a little trailer....

hahahaha, I don't drink, a) not old enough, and b) don't care to. I don't know many people with welders, or people that I know with welders. And they would have to do a GOOD job, I am pretty particular with my rig.

I like the looks of round tubing better. I don't really plan on ever hitting my sliders real hard. They are mostly for scraping along shit. haha. Mine flex alot, but I think that is due to them being bolted on. I'm sure the bolts (no matter how tight) allow the sliders to slide around since the holes are bigger than the bolts. I probably should go back and crank them tighter though.
