    it seems fair to me…

blasting it makes alot of sense… not only it cleans it like you say but i believe its also done to ensure proper adhesion as it gives the surface tooth for the coating to grip to

    X2...

anyone ever laugh at your tires? I bet not.

He won't warrant his work unless he does the blasting. Seems legit to me. Powders not going to stick to crud. When I was talking to him he was telling me he was cooking a Jeep frame later in the week and could fit just about anything you would ever want to powder in his oven. If you have no time frame and pick a popular color that he's running that week the prices will fall I'm sure.

yea I use krylon dual since its primer and paint. touch up my wheels, bumpers, sliders, skids, whenever they look bad. satin black seems to match powder coat pretty good color wise.

yep...paint and primer in one has better/more solids too so hides better!

Lol, was working and sentra died a second time today, I think battery is shot or alternator is not charging due to a bad ground possibly.

I have a squeaky belt. I assumed related to power steering as squeaks only when turning.

A ground cable has corroded from negative terminal on battery to a ground tab. Battery light came on and brake light? Was wired, then check engine light came on. Earlier when it died, was able to jump it and carry on. Now jump no work, after 15 min of cables connected, still no jump. Just clickety click click sound makes when battery is dead and doesn't have enough juice to start

I wish I was spooning my wife right now... But we've been married too long for that.
