    Well we made the mint jelly today. I left it out while I went to dinner and now it is in the fridge and it was jellied. Now I am waiting to try it tomorrow morning. I am anxious to taste it because it looks good smells good and I am just cant wait to try it!!!

    Didn't take a picture... But I made garlic vinegarette soaked pork chops with coconut flour and almond crust fried in coconut oil.

    Also did my own steamed veggies with some crispy bacon steamed in it.
