    • Introduced myself with a "what suspension do I have" post.
    • Learned I have a spacer / 3" lift
    • Learned this is why it rides so rough.
    • Then I had new wheels and tires mounted and balanced.
    • Performed "Dremel Surgery" on appropriate areas. Not much had to come off and it was done smoothly in an arc so you don't even notice that it is cut.
    • Tested for rubbing. None. 295/70/17's
    • Installed new tail lights - love them.

too dark to get pics of the wheels.

*2nd pic shows stock left and aftermarket right.

more to come in the next few days.
Clutch, Suspension etc. I just don't know where to start, since I'm a noob. Lots of searching ahead :)

I try to avoid them like the plague. The people that work there always frustrate me when I try to work with them. I purchased a wheel/tire package with them when I had my first car and I specified a tire size I wanted (a non-OEM / non-OEM +1/+2) and they were fighting me to order it and wanted to give me a tire that was far, far too small. They kept telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and being otherwise condescending.

I then wanted to have them mount a set of tires purchased through them on a set of Cragars I purchased for my old Toyota and they refused to mount them because I didn't purchase them there. They gave me the hardline of signing a waiver, etc, etc. I understand the reasoning behind it, but they "hey bro" hardline stance drove me up a wall.

Well, it didn't happen today but this is the first chance I've had to get it together...

I ordered a SnugTop Rebel about 3 weeks ago and it finally installed. I opted for the windoors with sliders on both sides (my last canopy, a skill-craft had them and I can't see going without them ever again). I also got the drop down slider at the head of the bed...that I may never use...time will tell. The factory installed a Top Track system that will carry both Thule and Yakima cargo towers.

Super happy so far as the paint matches perfectly (as far as I can tell). We haven't had any torrential down pours to see if it leaks any place.

Also I placed my order for Andres' devil horns! boo-yah!:D
