Well I hope you get on the list. My cousins husband just got a kidney so I know how hard it is on the list. That's good on your weight gain! I don't think a suit would be bad, but I'd just say be your self and hopefully that's enough.

From what my doctor said yesterday is that he pretty much has NO excuse to say no to me. So im going to walk in with the facts, my improvement and my seriousness of the matter, They say that when you get new lungs you apperently feel so good that you dont take your anti rejection meds and you die pretty quick, So from what im hearing im going to be feeling pretty damn good! Its unreal how anxious i am to get off this oxygen, The rest i can deal with but being tied down to a machine constantly is killing me!

I just want a real chance at life, I mean i used to be super healthy like... my disease went from being super mild to super bad within a year i literally dropped almost 25% of my lung function within three months. I used to work go to school did everything normal, Now everything has become a task. My doctor said im doing things that would exert a person with a little less then healthy lung function let alone me with about only 1/8th of my lungs working right.

I'll get on that list, Wait for my chance and il make it and then i can finally go wheeling and do all the things i want to do! Shit i miss working! lol

Yeah I can see where the things like working, I would not know what to do without work. Even though I only work two days a week, I don't know how I would do. More power to you of trying to get a life back so many people would just say fuck it and let life pass them by.

Eric IMO keep all offers balanced and moving forward. You do not want to burn any bridge or shut any doors early. You are in a good position with offers coming in. Make sure they are in writing and if it really came down to it you can use the offers to counter offer a company to increase your salary or benefits or perks (company car, auto allowance, bonus, and so on). Don't rush to accept one or another and let the companies know (without disclosing too much info) that other companies want you too.

Now none of this will work with the non-profit other then maybe a slight jump in salary. But it will buy you some time and whether you get your dream job or not you will be set up with some goods offers to accept with another company for now. Keep in mind you are young so your shot at the dream job will probably come up again in the future.
I myself would just settle for going to a movie. Anyone gone to the new Alamo cinema house and brew house yet? I am itching to try it but want to let the crowds die down first.
