1.75" sits way higher up front then I expected. Might knock it down a notch unless it will settle some? Bit too much Bro-lean going on for me.

Here's my 08 SWB I bought about 1 month ago! Planning on keepin' her for a long time so I'll make sure she's unique. Couple of mods are already on the ''To do list'' for this summer, or at least when the snow melts.

BHLM or color matched, Satoshi grill, synthetic oil all the way around is what is planned for right now. No suspension mod yet since I'm still in college and don't have much cash to spend on it.

Two recent mods. I repainted my stock rims black first. Then I installed 5100s on the front at 1.75", and a 2" AAL in the rear.

Anyone know why, even with TSB springs and a 2" AAL, it still looks like the rear is lower than the front? I wouldn't think the tools and tanks would cause it to sag THAT much, maybe I'm wrong. (The tanks aren't that heavy, I can throw each one over my shoulders at the same time and I'm a small guy myself)

I was hoping the rear would be high enough for me to change the front 5100's to 2.5" but it looks like I'm going to have to get a 1" block in the rear if I want to do that. Oh well, just an excuse to get more of a lift all around I guess!

It's possible that they are. I have hauled quite heavy things before. I figured, though, that they'd be bent backwards if they were shot?

How will I tell if they're not doing their job? Before the AAL was installed they were not bent backwards, but they were very close to being completely level (no upward spring to them).

I will say, though, most people on here with the TSB springs who put on Bilstiens at 1.75" claim that it just gets rid of the factory rake and levels their truck out. It did way more than that for me, actually gave me quite a noticeable "bro lean" which I didn't like at ALL. That's one of the main reasons I had to rush and get the 2" AAL for the rear, which still didn't give it a forward rake at all.

If that's the case, what can I do? I feel like completely replacing them will cost me quite a lot. And I might have to junk the brand new AAL I put in.. Hopefully I can just reuse it though :/

EDIT- I won't be able to take a picture of the springs until daylight rolls around. All I have for now is a shot of them pulled apart as I was installing the AAL, which is here: http://i.imgur.com/rvvxazb.jpg

I installed my 5100's today at 1.75" as well looking to be level, or slightly forward raked (which it should have been after measuring what another 1.75" up front would add). I got more then I expected in the front and am all Bro'd out just like you. I'm not thrilled with it at all; probably going to take it apart and go to the 0.85" or whatever this weekend. I hate the lean.

Fixed my lift. I had a shop do my front 5100's since I didnt want to mess with the spring compressor. They mounted the spring perches upside down:facepalm:

Thats fixed, and it now rides and drives awesome. The front is very slightly lower then the back when measured.
