Trek Lights group buy part 2. FREE LIGHT GIVEAWAY!

I think we'd all appreciate an update tomorrow or Friday letting us know that the supplier finished producing the order and has shipped to Troy so that we know things are still on this schedule:

The factory will be done producing the order on April 4th.

My forwarder says he can get the pallet to my door in one week.

That puts us at the 11th. If I work feverishly with my wife to get everything labeled, I can get everything sent by the 15th

That puts us at two weeks and two days late from the original shipping deadline.

Worst case as of right now would mean not having everything shipped until the 20th, which would put us three weeks behind schedule.

Sorry buy it does not help I've called / P'M him and his other friend that set this group buy up and not one response about my refund all i get is he is working and not once have i received a response from trek. paypal has been notified

 

This^^ all you can do is file your paypal claim and wait for him not to respond, then paypal should give your money back. I'm just curious if anyone other than the favored two ever received any product? Looks like the ship date was extended again. As far as I'm concerned this has been a scam from the beginning. I can only hope the Mods are keeping tabs on it and won't allow him to sell on this forum again.

Lol, the favored 2. 4 people from tacomaworld and 3 people from ih8mud got their lights early. Has anyone tried calling troy? I believe his number is on his website, if you cant find it PM me because his business number was on the shipping label i got. I know this has turned into a big pain in the ass for you guys. Like i said in the other thread, lets try not to turn this into an argument because it will get out of hand and the thread will be locked, then no updates for anyone

 

i've called 2x yesterday once around 1pm and one at 5:30pm est, left a voice-mail both times and nothing.

He will be posting an update tonight per request and is working on refunds as well. I'm speaking up for you guys because I don't want anyone to be unhappy. I've been in your shoes too. Just gotta be patient, it'll work out

Lol, I'm trying to stay out of it, but I get several PMs a day from disgruntled customers of his, asking how I got my refund so fast and why he won't give them there's that quick and/or respond for the most part. I'm trying to stay pretty passive about this here...so please don't drag me into it.

I too have been contacted by other members asking if I've heard from him or have received my refund yet. Since I initially requested a refund about a week and a half ago I've received 2 PMs from him. First one was telling me I would have my refund in a couple days when PayPal transfers the money from his account. That was probably a week ago. The second was a day or two ago saying it would take 3-5 days to transfer the money. So I was given the run around yet again. Still no response to the PayPal dispute or the claim I filed. I can't only guess what the next excuse might be....
