It's a Procomp DB lift

 

These and all the other so called "settlements" favor the lawyers over the class every day.

I didn't chuck mine but I'm certain in the end, it won't be worth much.

 

I got one yesterday. Chunked it!

 

that is actualy a standard drop bracket lift. go look under any DB lifted truck and they will all have those giant spacers. nothing wrong with it other than the fact that its a DB lift

I would at least put the proper coilovers on if I did a db. That spacer looks way too sketchy to be supporting the forces a truck goes through. But I suppose most mall parking lots are pretty smooth.

it's called Canyon Oak by Select Surfaces. It's a 14mm thick laminate flooring. got it from Sam's Club. kinda a beeeotch to put together. but i got the hang of it

 

I typed up a paragraph about potential porosity in the weld and tube and other issues, but then I decided only a handful of bros with a drop bracket lift even use their truck as a truck, so it was irrelevant.

This. As my professor would say every time before an exam, draw the damn diagram!

 

There is a local Chevy dealer here that has a lot full of full size pick ups with with that set up. A 6" spacer, stock springs, DB and blocks on the rear for an additional cost $7000.00 for that option with wheels and tires.

Those pos spacers bend if wheeled hard. Seen them in person. Any lift that involves spacers is junk imo. 6" lift that has worse ground clearance than stick truck = fail

Exactly as I envisioned. I should have posted the paragraph I typed up that was basically this scenario without pictures. Sketchy as hell to trust that little piece of tubing. It's not even fully welded. That's just stupid.
