I would tell you to stop putting your anus up to the icecream/ slurpy machine. Sherbet enemas aren't healthy. They could bring your core temp dangerously low. Causing hypothermia.

... ^^^ ... Probably not ... but he probably would get a psyche evaluation and perhaps a "General Discharge".

You have to do some bad stuff or go AWOL for a long time to get a "Dishonorable Discharge".

It has to be in a locked container. Behind the seat would be out of reach. A trunk would be considered it's own locked container.

If it's movable, it's considered a vehicle with regards to the law (so locked container out of the reach of the driver). If it's fixed so that it cannot be driven away, it is considered a residence.

Here is the same video from "Live Leak" with a write up ... this guy might get into some serious trouble ... really bad news for him in red.

    .

    Road Rage Maniac.
"After forcing the truck to hit his car because of slamming on his brakes numerous times, the truck hits his car. Minor scratches to his car, the truck needs a new bumper and grill. Road rage much? He purposely forced an accident and gets out of his car and starts doing this. A real motivated Sgt disrespecting a fellow Marine who is in a wheelchair and the driver who is a civilian. At the End of the video you see him place his hands on the trunk, well that is because the MP's pulled up and arrested him."

Pendleton Marine Cited After Road Rage Threats

OCEANSIDE - A Camp Pendleton Marine Sergeant was detained after being caught on camera in a violent road rage incident. The subject is a Purple Heart recipient, whose name is being withheld until formal charges are made.
According to the victim, the Marine cut them off Monday and repeatedly slammed his brakes. After stopping, the suspect allegedly got out of his vehicle and began kicking the side of the victim's car, screaming obscenity laced demands.
The victim's passenger claims to have been traumatized by the erratic behavior of the Marine and wants their identity concealed.
A Camp Pendleton spokesperson said the Marine was detained and cited for communicating threats.

My Footnote = Maybe a bad case of PTSD ? .... It is guys acting crazy (in world wide videos) like this that are going to limit and/or take away gun rights for veterans with PTSD.

Caught on Camera: Marine Goes Apeshit in ‘Traumatizing’ Road Rage Incident
    Neetzan Zimmerman
An unnamed Marine Sergeant from Camp Pendleton was filmed unleashing a torrent of threats and obscenities in the direction of a driver who allegedly rear-ended his car.

The passenger who captured footage of the incident on camera is a wounded Marine who is paralyzed from the waist down, according to 10News. The man behind the wheel is her brother and caregiver.

The two say the marine's violent temper has traumatized them, and they asked to remain anonymous.

A friend who spoke on their behalf said the accident occurred after the verbally abusive marine stopped short several times.

"He cut them off and apparently he kept brake-checking them," said the friend. "He would slam on his brakes abruptly. They hit into the back of him on the third time."

Sources with knowledge say the Marine's car sustained "minor scratches" while the truck belonging to the paralyzed Marine and her brother "needs a new bumper and grill."

After the incident was brought to the attention of Camp Pendleton officials, the Marine was detained and cited for communicating a threat.

"This individual's behavior does not meet the standards that are expected of our Marines and it has received the attention of senior base staff," a base spokesman said in a statement.

It is unclear if criminal charges will be filed. A Purple Heart recipient, the Marine is said to be suffering from PTSD and may be exhibiting signs of intermittent explosive disorder, according to one psychologist.

It didn't like that I was trying to use your quote as a link to the ask a medic page. Unwittingly I caused yet another WTF. Why I didn't do it in the 2nd gen thread like I should have...I dunno.
