    I run 40 all times as well. I've done 50 a few times but man it is awful haha. Our highways are not on par with highways down there. Full of ruts, cracks, and frost heaves. Rumble strips are the worst haha.

    Speaking of tire pressures...what is generally the lowest PSI you will go when wheeling? Lowest I've been is 15 but I didn't want to go lower than that because I didn't have a compressor with me and it was 40 miles until a gas station to fill 'em back up.

    Yeah for sure. Either way, I don't see myself wheeling hard enough to ever need to air down to single digits lol. 10-15 should be plenty for my needs.

    Just ran to the gas station and filled all tires up to 40psi. I'll let you guys know tomorrow if it helps. Last trip towing going 70mph on average I got 15mpg. I'm going to go 60mph with the new pressure and see how it goes.

    YOu can't just guess what tire preassure to run. You have to do the chalk test to really know how much is best.

    Will all depend on the weight of your rig..tire size..type..and rim width.

    Don't just pump in a random number.
