You have any experience with a Blackberry? Switching from Goodlink, you might be disappointed. The last time I worked with them they didn't recognize the folder structures set up in Outlook/Exchange, so EVERYTHING gets dumped into the Inbox on the phone.

It's fine for some cases, but if you have rules running on the server to sort your messages it's a bit of a PITA to read using the phone.

I've never used goodlink or used a smartphone before. I'll have to look into it a little more carefully i guess. although i am not using it for work so probably wont need all the functions that some people use. I may be using it for personal business but i'm not sure if i will be using outlook or not since outlook is kind of wasted when its not on a network.

I just got off the phone with a lawyer going after the company that got me fired. She'll be investigating them for software piracy. Should be amusing seeing how they handle that....

It doesn't. But since I know how they used software, it may have been mentioned at www.bsa.org shortly after my abrupt departure....

That's why I really watch what people put on the machines at work. In the long run it's a lot cheaper to pay for whatever software people need or want than to get nailed for running something unlicenced.

Yeah, I tried doing that... Penny pinching managers didn't approve software purchases.... But hey, I lost my job in October because of them so if I can get some money out of this whole mess, then I'm game. :D Never piss off your network admin!
