    2184 caloires
    218g carbs

yeah apperantly having 25g of fat and 100g of carb a day is not healthy  lol, also 1800cal and 2 hours of gym everyday was not a good combo.

I would eat that much on a workout day. Especially while IFing.
Whoa...2 hours?? I wouldn't go over 50 minutes, when weight training. I did the same thing last year and was wondering why i wasn't seeing any gains. I would run close to 2 hours a day and would wonder why I wasn't seein any fat lose -_-

Luckly you were able to figure it out earlier than I did.

Okay here is a treat for yall, for those who got a sweet tooth but still wanna have a good diet, i got something for you. PROTEIN COOKIES!!!!!!!
1 cup of whey protein (chocolate or vanilla )
2 whole eggs or 4 egg whites(if you want to have less fat)
    3/4 cup of peanut butter
1/4 of stevia or similar sugar substitue(splenda ect ect)
1tsp of vanilla or coconut extract depends on what you like

put them in a bowl stir it up real good, put them on a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non stick.

350degrees for 5-6 mins and they should be good to go

the ones i made came out to about
    123cal
    4g carb
7 g of good healthy fat
    11g protein
and only 1.3 g of sugar

I may be wrong but doesn't heat counteract protein powder at a certain temperature? Like it kills the nutrients?

If that works for you and you like it, go for it man.

But for me, and the way I weight train, 2 hours is overkill depending on the pace I'm going.
In my trail and error experience, I found that shorter, intense, heavy weight workouts gave the most efficient progress. I used to have that sort of useful endurance when I play football and lacrosse, but now that I have time to plan meals and workouts, I saw muscle get put on like nothing before during my bulk for about 8 weeks. Went from 260 to 180 for my first cut phase, 180 to 215 for my first bulk, now at 192 going through my cut.
It could be genetics (I don't think it is) but that's just what works for me. Not trying to bash the 2 hour workout (I used to do it) but maybe it could be something to look into.

2 hours would be horrible for your body if its weight training.... unless you're taking 5 minutes in between every set...

I take pretty long breaks between sets, and i average 50-60 sets every workout. usually 6-8 reps upper body, 8-12 reps lowerbody.

If my reserch is correct heating up whey kills the Soy Lecithin on the outside of the whey, making it not instantized, its nutrient contecnt stay the same it just takes longer and more work to absorb, which is really not a Con in my book.

For some reason my body has been craving raw fish lately so i've been eating tons of sashimi, and scale doesn't lie i was dropping pounds. still fitting my macro but this was the most fun of cutting week i've had, eating salads fruits and eating raw fish and drinking ice cold water. wish i was rich enough to do this all the time lol
