    Actually it isn't against the law to pass on the right in Germany.

    It is illegal to make someone pass on the right, the slow driver in the left lane is ticketed.

    But no douchebags brake check anyone in Germany.

    Stay in the right lane, unless you're passing...I may need the left lane for a code run!!!
    I've had to pass a car on the right running code on a highway because the old lady driving was oblivious to the fact that she needed to pull over for emergency vehicles and oblivious to the fact that she was going 55 in a 75 in the left, only meant for passing! She still didn't get over after me and the other patrol car both passed on the right.

    And yes, I have pulled people over for hanging out in the left lane.

    In CO it is against the law to use the left lane for anything other than passing on roadways posted 65 mph and up.

    CipherCreek= :facepalm:

    So...he's going to get over into the left lane, slow down so someone tailgates him, then claim road debris and slam on his brakes?

    Chicken shit doesn't have the balls to get rear-ended. Fuck's him up, his car up, and witnesses around will have a story that says otherwise.

    Leave the revenge driving at home, drive defensively, not with the intent to ruin another human being's life.

    If I'm stationary, yup they gotta move over if there is a lane to move to. If I'm traveling with lights and sirens, they gotta move to the right. Little ole' lady didn't do that. :rolleyes:

    The same little old lady that our new pal would have passed , brake checked , possibly causing a wreck

    That's good.

    I see that all the time on our highways as well. Just sit there with lights flashing behind them.

    How do you know when you get negative rep? I guess when you don't have any rep at all like me it doesn't matter! I want all those little green dots under my name too!

    Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
    I am not positive, but I believe it is a passing lane in my state too, just not enforced. But when you are going for a license they will mark you off for staying in the left.
