They used to have this contract years ago. Some of our guys defected over when we beat them out sometime in the '90s i think. Between the stories I've heard and that stupid TV show they did my opinion is fairly low.

yup, they bend over backwards for that show, even performing their tests for free for the publicity.

Oh well I don't care, I get to watch explosions for a living so I'm happy:D

Ok guys!! Just put the K&N intake on my truck (no judging). I start it up and when the RPMs comes down to an idle, it completely shuts off. Any clue on what it is or how to fix it??

Check your vacuum lines :notsure: mines a 1st gen but that's the same thing that happens when a vacuum line comes loose.

ya, check the vacuum lines. Also, disconnect the negative to the battery if you didn't do that. Not sure you'll get a different answer but my aFe instructions said to disconnect to reset the ECU.

3" Revtek spacer kit in front w/ aal and 1" block in rear. No TSB aal installed yet. Spider Trax spacers.

Check the mass air meter also. Make sure its plugged in all the way and maybe clean it with a can of mass air cleaner
