 that's what I was hoping!!! I have a shiny red button on my stick shift. Doesn't do anything, but I'm good at making gun and explosion noises :anonymous:
That's brilliant! I like the look

I might still have one, if so it's yours. I bought it for the wife for her truck but she doesn't use it.

Being 1099 sucks. Taxes are huge. One of my coworkers has to pay 16 grand on top of his estimated payments for last year. I can only imagine what mine will be like next year.

Ya i know, currently i am an employee of a company but i do side work and had to claim a good amount this year, enough that i still owe taxes even though i get taxes taken out of my paycheck every week. Most years i can get away without claiming everything because alot of the side jobs are smaller jobs. If i end up being self employed full time i will have to be alot more responsible with my money.

If i was happier with what i am doing right now i would keep the job, its a good company and i like the guys i work for, plus there is advancement opportunities. My issue with my job is the type of work we do, 95% of the jobs are insurance jobs. Someones house catches on fire we go in, gut the house, re frame fire damage and restore the house completely. Most of the time they aren't nice houses, its cookie cutter shit, slap up some basic trim, install cheap kitchens etc. homeowners are hard to deal with because obviously they aren't happy about the situation to begin with, so most of them aren't grateful for the hard work we put in. Also the company doesn't work for the homeowners, we work for the insurance companys, which can cause a lot of issues

Keep your current job you're stupid (sorry) if you left. You're putting excess miles and hauling shit in your truck.

But 50% pay increase! Thanks for the advise/opinions guys, i have alot to think about. Still leaning towards taking it but after seeing that most of you (and probably most other people i know) think its a bad idea will just make me put more thought into my decision.

I've got my switches in the dash and the wire in the back seat ready to install but first i have to rewire the winch solenoid (putting it on passenger side fender well). and then wire the in cab controls.

    Good luck today Erik!:D
