Trek Lights group buy part 2. FREE LIGHT GIVEAWAY!

So how long will shipping take to get to Canada? Who is it being shipped with?
I better see this thing before June.

 

I believe we are shipping through USPS for all orders. Only thing that takes longer is the Canadian customs when the lights are entering your country.

Yep, USPS to Canada to avoid any hangups/unnecessary duties assessed.

I swear to god if someone says "hopefully" one more time I'm gunna explode. I stuck with it this far just because i'm lazy and didn't want to deal with refunds. But Troy has yet to give definite answers. At this point a picture of the damaged pallet would be reassuring.

 

I think one of the issues is people other than trek lights are responding to the inquiries. I understand Troy cannot be watching the forum 24/7 and I wouldn't be able to either but I'm also not running a startup business. I have stuck with this buy even after I have seen what appears to be the same lights for cheaper, but in my opinion people speaking for trek that really have no control over the outcome of the buy does not help in any way.

What is necessary is trek to post what he said he would (the pallet of lights) and updates. It's hard for those of us who have not received lights to get anxious and take the word of those who have considering those who have appear to have some kind of investment in this group buy.

That being said I'm sticking this out and hoping it doesn't backfire on me. There have been requests for a pic of the pallet which have seemed to be ignored considering trek has responded to shipping questions that were posted after those concerns.

I'm not trying to bash anybody here I'm just stating what I have observed from the last thread and now this one. Trek should be the only one posting updates and he should also be answering all questions since ultimately he controls the outcome.

In short quit posting quotes of what has already been said by trek its frustrating!

 

Fine, just trying to help, ill stop posting in my thread good luck. Just so you know, like i have said before i am not affiliated with trek lights, not getting anything special. I am just the guy that suggested troy give away some free lights so i am helping hook you guys up, i also paid early, and paid more for my light than you guys did. He wanted some reviews of the lights so he wanted to send a few out early. I was supposed to get mine before the group buy ended but my light was destroyed by the shipping company, troy helped me out and put in a seperate order for the second light and thats why i have mine before you guys.

 

What's the best way to get updates from trek lights? My emails have not been answered...

Still waiting on my refund as well. I know Troy said its been submitted to paypal and we're just waiting on them, but if I could get an update on that, it would be appriciated.

 

Lights were supposed to be produced by the 4th and shipped to arrive on the 11th...don't think Troy ever confirmed if that deadline was ever met or not.

 

It's 3-5 business days. He processed them last Friday so you should get your refund as early as Wednesday
