Im saying i am a poor college student at the present so one ticket is half a tank of gas down there...even if it goes to an incredible worth while cause.

you could always just put the tank in the bumper...

PVC pipe is rated at 330PSI and is very light that's only 1.5" but the way i built it it's a 2.3 gallon tank and thats more than enough for what i do. The air compressors are 480C viair and are ran seperately from eachother so i can run one or both.

Cruise Moab: $175 plus camping plus $5/trail
EJS: $50/vehicle for each day plus camping
goneMOAB: $88/person plus camping

camping prices:
sand flats: $10 per vehicle per night
other blm sites: $5-15/site or per vehicle (varies) per night
campgrounds around moab: $20+/night

what we're asking:

$20 donation

what you get:
free camping with trails at your doorstep
toilets (3 - 2 open 1 ladies only)
dumpster will be provided
tons of stickers from sponsors
chance to win one or more great prizes from the $2,000-3,000+ of items being donated from our gracious sponsors


so i'd say what we're asking you guys to contribute to two great organizations that do so much to help create and maintain many trails in the area and help to promote the off-road community as a whole, is a bargain. and we encourage additional donations if you can. we do not make money off this event! donations are just that, donations. the giveaway is our way to help raise money for these causes.

yea we're not an organized event like the other events that charge for registration, but the idea behind this gathering is just that..to gather like minded individuals and have a great time while trying to give back to the community that helps promote activities that we all like to enjoy.

if you cannot make a donation at the time of the event, you miss out on a chance to get some really cool products that our sponsors offer. but you can still do your part and donate at a later date to these organizations or other organizations that help out the cause.

bob, hope you didn't write all that in response to me. I will certainly be making a donation this year, it's just not on joe's level.

And to be honest, i would rather go to a TW style moab meet any day over the super organized ones.

 

not just in response to that, but it is a good time to break down the cost comparison to help show the beauty of this event.

at this point we don't want to charge for the event. nor do we want to in the future. we like having a no cost event for attendees and having a way to provide amenities for everyone and get a chance to raise money for some good causes.

think of it as a giant family get together every year and we like to throw a big party

 

Yea the freeness is epic for this.

And the disorganization is awesome too. Makes it way more fun. You can come any day of the meet. Pick any trail..go for it.
