So I've got a v-force muffler and it sounds good but I'm getting a little sick of the drone at low rpm cruising. I still want to keep the good sound but just arrest that low level wah wah wah noise you hear. I've been looking at the cherry bomb vortex that is supposed to keep that good sound but stop the low level drone. Anybody have any experience with those? Or any other muffler you think would work?

I had bad drone before with a magnaflow catback. Now i've got a 24" magnaflow welded in place of the stock and it is perfect.

Does having a straight pipe instead of a muffler cause a drone at low rpm's?

My roommate chopped the muffler off of his 4 cylinder Taco. The drone is so insanely loud that you have to yell to be heard when cruising on the highway.
