Hey you guys, im new to the fitness food stage.

I'll list what im looking for and y'all shoot me in the right direction(Link, advice ect.) on what I need to research look at.

    My current stats
Age 18(19 in 22 days :cool)
    Height: 5 feet, 7 inches
    Weight: 159lbs

    I want
    -More muscular endurance
    -More muscle weight
-I want to be lean, but strong, bulk just doesn't look good to me
-I do NOT take supplements of any sort(whey ect.) I've read a book by bruce lee and he's the epitamy of hard work in my book, he was way ahead of his time fitness technique/diet wise and his natural approach to strength and fitness is what im about so im aware it'll be a slow process

-i've been going to the gym 4 days a week, doing different parts of the body for say 50mins a session
-i do low weight with high reps
-I also do the treadmill for about 30 mins at a time on a high incline percentage (6-10%) to keep cardio in check.

Now with that said what do i need to do?

Shok Industries 2/0 big 4 upgrade and sound deadener.
Or download a workout of the day app and do that. Tons of crossfit you can do with bodyweight or minimal equipment investments.

Cham-You have to evaluate what you really want, you can be lean but if you don't want "bulk" your strength is going to plateau. Your genes will also effect that, my chest doesn't look like I can push the weight I do but it happens. Just do work and be happy with what you get. If you aren't happy change it, that will happen in the kitchen more than the gym though.

Yeah kinda, i grunt sometimes when i get into hypertrophy in the last couple reps, i don't drop weight or judge others. it's just their attitude i don't like, they are assholes to real weight lifters and bodybuilders, they will never get me into their gym ,metroflex, powerhouse, powerblock those are my kinda gyms, and we dont have any around here lol

Fisrt thing people need to do in getting in better shape is figure our their nutrition, notice how i didn't say diet, diets don't work, either change the way you eat or don't. get a good amount of each departments in foods, like fats, protein, carbs, micro nutrients from veggies. then when you start eating better you can worry about what work outs suit you better.

I think i've been eating alright

What kinda $ for the right kind of nutrition would i be looking at a week?

The college made freshman(Me) take the 1700$ meal plan(which averaged to about 100+$/week) i do not want to get near that amount. Ever.

since about january ive been changing my food up a bit and honestly the most expensive part is like spices. The good thing about that though is that they last a while. Like a pack of chicken is 5 bucks with my MVP card at food lion and that is good for about 3 meals. then i add some veggies and what not its really not too expensive compared to school food...and its most likely going to be healthier too.

I dont have a problem as long as i can get a proper nutrition without breaking the bank every week.
