Hate to ask, but does anyone have any connections for airplane tickets? Just found out my grandmother in Ohio had a stroke. She is in the hospital and I am trying, if I can get cheap tickets, to go up there for a few days this week.

I know, I was going to look into jet blue, southwest, and alligiant.

Havent heard from anyone regarding any help. I am just sitting down to check prices now.

EDIT: Not looking good, short notice flights cost an arm and a leg. Might just wait a month or 2 and try to get up there to see her when she's out of the hospital.

 

It's all good, she's a little Japanese lady, she's a fighter. If anyone can make it through this kind of thing it's her.

i flew allegiant from michigan to orl one time and it was super cheap so i just did a quick look for ya and found

thurs apr 18 from SFB to toledo ohio $159

and return flight sunday the 21st for $70, so probably 250ish, not TOO bad considering its last second, might try doing priceline name your own price? might be a redeye flight but they save a good bit

 

also found one for thu 25th return 28th for 200 RT allegiant again

 

Thanks Ricky, i appreciate the help. Might be the dates/times i was looking at. Trying for wednesday night and coming home friday night. But not sure. We flew allgiant to youngstown when we went to get married. Very convinent, sanford-youngstown.

 

Also, just double checked allegiant, there are no flights from sanford to youngstown till friday. So the dates dont work. I am off thursday and friday this week, thats why i wanted to go those days. It's all good, i will just wait a bit and save a few $$ and make the trip within a few months.

 

has anyone ever done any off shore fishing charters down in florida

im looking to do one for my birthday in july and am unsure of where about in florida to do it, i just know i want to do it down there because of the clear water (the water here looks like shit, cant even see an inch down)

i can make it about a mile out in my boat and catch 4-6 ft sharks all day long, but i want something different. maybe some swordfish or dolphins or something, something bright and huge. tired of sharks and stingrays lol.

anyone have any insight of where to do it, good reviews of charters(as much as i trust google reviews and yelp, a little insight from TW would be nice),

edit; i dont necesarily want to out 50 miles out, i just want to be in clear water and want to catch something worth remembering, again, bright and huge.

Definitely not. The better offshore fishing is in FL.
