Im trying SO hard right now to get in the air force and I have to either lose 4-5% BF or almost 25lbs! anyone care to help? or just some awesome work outs besides HIIT I always hear about?

Try PWR by Isatori...or MORPH which is stim free...either. One of those, or stacked together and you'll love it.

Good question im going on a 2 month vacation in 2 month, honestly i think my diet is gonna go to crap(thailand), the food is just wayyy too good to pass up, and being there are no gyms around me, i have prepare to gain at least 10lbs when i come back. but you suppose to enjoy life so im just gonna enjoy the vacation and hit it hard when i come back.

Easy...I was just in Vegas and CA for 1week...traveled via vehicle. We cut, weigh, season, cook, and bag/freeze our meals 1x a week. Tales is between 1-1.5hours..the night before I pull the food from the freezer and its ready to go...the only thing I cook on a daily basis are eggs.

Would you consider white potato a starch? They have their place, just like sweet potato.

yeah nutrition advice go out the window on cheat days. But for nutrition i use this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=133163973 to get my macros depends on where i am on that day, and for food i just try to eat as bro as possible, non processed nutrient dense, whole food.

Eating correctly is more important than almost anything else you can do to lose weight.
