    I have a home built prerunner style bumper for sale. Would like to get $250.00 + shipping for it. I am in Payette, Idaho. The bumper was built by the previous owner of the truck and I am going in a different direction (last pic is what I built last friday, not done yet, but functional).

    Would that fit an 03? I know they're both 1st gen. but I thought >98 is different than 98-04? Is that powder-coated? If you know if it fits an 03, how much to ship to 08723 pm me. Thanks
