How do you like the engage bed cage? Did it need much modifying to install?

he cut it out when he caged his truck. the engage bedsaver serves its purpose just know when you put it on you will not be able to take your bed off ever again unless you cut it out. check out anthony250f he has a bolt on bed saver. the engage price tag is nice but for a few more bucks you may get something more suitabale for you needs

very nice! How is it tied to the engine cage? Why not throw in a V-bar down the middle while you're at it?

We managed to squeeze a door bar between the seats and the door without having to cut anything out of the door:

    something to consider.

Also, are you going to put dome/maps lights back up there?

I used a cheap reel of led strips from Amazon and wired them up to my stock domelight like so:

they come on with the door, and light up real well too:

I had it for nearly two years and never had any issues. I added extra gussets just for peace of mind. I posted it in this thread some pages back. Chris is right though, you cannot take the bed off once it is installed. Only modifying is to cut out some holes in the bed.

No engine cage yet. The cage itself isn't quite done yet either. Brian has probably a days left of work on it still. I actually used my stock dome light. I ran the plug above the headliner and just zip tied it to the cage. I really do like the LED strips you got though. I just saw some of those at ORW

I know it has been a while huh? I really haven't done much to the truck lately. Been busy on other projects. I need to weld on my rear bump stops before desert season which is right around the corner. :goingcrazy:

edit: oh wait..I got triple bypass's in the rear. I dont think I ever posted any pictures. I use to have fox front and king rears..Now I have fox all the way around. Let me dig up a picture

I did. I ended up only getting $750 if I recall correctly. I was trying to sell them for at least a month

Love the truck man. What travel coil overs do you run? and what is the length and rate of your springs?
